Women’s health: Midlife non-negotiables

This Wellbeing Wednesday we focused on women’s health and the lifestyle changes midlife women can make to promote health and happiness.

Our host, Sian Thomas from Network Rail, spoke to Baz Moffat, a women’s health and fitness coach.
