Women’s health: Midlife non-negotiables

This Wellbeing Wednesday we focused on women’s health and the lifestyle changes midlife women can make to promote health and happiness.

Our host, Sian Thomas from Network Rail, spoke to Baz Moffat, a women’s health and fitness coach. Baz discussed lifestyle factors midlife women need to consider including the connection between sleep and the menopause, how to minimise the impact of stress, diet, exercise and bladder and bowel health.
